The main building is spread over two floors and it has been designed to offer a two room apartment and a mansion.

The room of the two-room apartment, equipped with air conditioning, is situated on the first floor with direct access to the garden and can comfortably accommodate up to four people, thanks to the double bed and the to the bunk bed.

The living room and the open kitchen are on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and to the private terrace which is equipped with table and chairs. The sun beds for relaxation furnish the surrounding garden. All rooms are centrally heated.

The dependance is developed on a single floor, follows inside the lay of the land on which it was built: the spacious living area with open kitchen and double doors to the garden is divided by a sliding wall and two steps from the modular area where there is the living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed.

This room has also direct access to the garden.

Thanks to the sliding separation, this room can be used both as a second room and as a lounge.

The rooms are supplied with air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets. On the same level we can find the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom which is 4 steps lower.

Large windows and direct access to the garden with terrace, table and chairs make the Annexe a paradise for families.

The sunbeds for relaxation are located in the garden next to the dependance.

Check-in is fixed from 14:00 and check-out is fixed by 10:00. For all stays, will be required on arrival the imprint of a credit card guarantee will be returned on departure after the balance of your stay and check the apartment.

On departure, the apartments must be left with the kitchen and its furnishings clean. Where this does not happen the Directorate will charge 100 Euros for exceptional cleaning.
