All rates include bed linen, towels (per person: 1 towel, 1 bidet and 1 towel, plus a sink for apartment) and a kitchen towel.
All rates include final and / or weekly cleaning, air conditioning and heating.
Booking cancellation policy
From January the 1st to May the 30th and from September the 30th to December the 31st, no cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received 30 days in advance on the expected arrival date. After this deadline, a penalty corresponding to the deposit will be charged (30% of the entire stay).
In the other periods, no cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received 60 days in advance to the scheduled arrival date. After this deadline, a penalty corresponding to the entire stay will be charged.

Tourist tax
With City Council resolution, on 15th June 2012 the Municipality of Scarlino introduced the tourist tax. The rate charged to guests amounts to € 1.00 per adult per day. The tax is not included in the rates shown.
